Mac, a handsome English mastiff, was chained up in the snow, slowly starving after his owners moved away without him. The dog warden rescued Mac, and the Clinton County Humane Society cared for him and found him a loving home, where he's being pampered and nursed back to health after emergency stomach surgery. Care for giant breeds is costly, and Mac's surgery was expensive. CCHS relies solely on donations to fund its shelter operations, so please consider sending a monetary donation to help with Mac's surgery to CCHS, P.O. Box 1024, Wilmington OH 45177. Thank you!

SUNNI LOOKS VERY HAPPY WITH HER NEW FAMILY AND HOME. THANK YOU FOR GIVING HER A WONDERFUL LIFE!
We adopted Sunni last September 19th. We figure she is one year old now. She is such a wonderful dog. She has been a great addition to our household. She is a very loving and playful dog. She loves playing outside and chasing squirrels and the occasional deer. I thought I would pass on a few pictures of her now that she is all grown up. Thank you again for rescuing her and letting us adopt her.

WE ARE GLAD YOU ADOPTED HER, TOO! WHAT FUN IT MUST BE TO WATCH THEM INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER. THANK YOU.
Bindi is a happy addition to our family. I'm attaching a picture of her laying with one of our labrador retrievers on HIS pillow. She's loves the big dogs. We did have her groomed. her hair was matted and the groomer trimmed her hair shorter than we'd planned out of necessity....the "poodle" part of her is evident right now. She's a really sweet dog! Glad we adopted her.

SHE SEEMS TO BE ENJOYING HER NEW LIFE. THANKS FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR NORAH!
Hi Becky and Patti,
I wanted to give you an update on Miss Thelma...now known as Norah. She is adapting very well to her new house and loves her new playmates :) She was very shy at first, but in the last week or so, has really started to show her little personality. We had a fence put in last week and both dogs are loving it....they ran and played all night! I attached some pictures for you...
Thanks so much for rescuing her....she is a joyful addition to our household :)
