Daisy fits right in with the family

Daisy was adopted recently and is already a part of the family!
Her new family tells us: "We adopted Tess and my son had dubbed her Daisy! She is already fitting in!"
Daisy is already getting the hang of going potty outside — good job, Daisy! And you can see she's tuckered out from playing outside.
"We love her and she is so loving right back! We will continue to keep you informed in her progress! Thank you again!"

Thank you for adopting from the Clinton County Humane Society!

Remember Ace and his adventures

On July 15, we received a very generous donation via PayPal in memory of in memory of Ace, a senior Australian Shepherd who had died unexpectedly that day from a tumor. Ace had been adopted from our shelter on September 20, 2018.
His people told us: "He brought so much joy to our family for the 2 years we had him."
Ace had tons of adventures and was loved wholeheartedly. We received updates about Ace traveling to many places (including Notre Dame University), dressing up for Halloween, and making snow angels in the winter.
The family's time with their beloved dog was relatively short, but it made up for lost time for Ace, who had been neglected for much of his life.
We think of the quote by author Karen Davison:
“Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever.”

Such and generous souls!

These generous kids made bracelets to sell in memory of their grandfather, then they donated the money they raised to the animals at the Clinton County Humane Society!
