Louie is loved by his tiny humans

 Little Louie is loving all his new siblings — human and canine — and his house up north.

Louie was one of a litter of pit-dachshunds whose post went viral, and his people came from Michigan to adopt him. They even sent us an extra donation afterward, which is very much appreciated as we have run into several unexpected veterinary expenses lately. 

We are so happy to see Louie showered with love.❤️

Theo and Axel, enjoying a siesta

 Theo, formerly named Remington at the shelter, enjoys hanging out with his older cousin, Axel. 

Theo's family say he is very smart. He will wait until given the word to eat his food. He's learning more each day.

Bruno and his buddy, nose to nose

Bruno was adopted in late February 2022, and as you can see, Bruno is far from the icy beginnings of his life and is now "chilling" comfortably on a couch. 

His owner told us: "He’s doing so well, and we love him so much."
