Thank you to the generous people who dropped off cat litter or had it sent! We have an abundance of kittens and cats at the moment, so every bit helps!

An update on Parker, now named Tater
Tater's owner tells us: "He’s getting along much better with his big brother, Snoopy. He loves car rides and napping on my chest!"
We asked about his colorful nails, which are kitty nail caps! (They come with cat-safe glue to re-apply, but they keep Tater from tearing up the furniture.)

Isn't Rudy a cutie?!
Rudy was released to us after his longtime owner fell ill, but his foster mom stepped right in to take care of him during Ohio's stay-at-home order. Then she officially adopted him, and Rudy was sporting a new haircut! 😍
Thanks for adopting Rudy from the Clinton County Humane Society!

We currently need cat litter
We have had many kittens at the shelter and are asking for donations of cat litter.
If you are able to donate cat litter, you can leave it on our front porch at 1760 Fife Ave. any time, and the next volunteer on the schedule will bring it inside.
We aren't picky about brand — off-brand, non-scoopable litter is just fine.
So many of you donate each time we ask, and we are supremely grateful. Thank you!

Boomer is great name for a card shark
Here's a fun update on this adorable guy:
"I wanted to up date you on the puppy we adopted. You guys named him Boomer and we loved that name!!
"Boomer is now six months old and growing like a weed. He's up to 38 pounds and still growing!!
"He has done well on potty training — could be due to yummy treats — but bribery will get us everywhere!!
"He has a big brother that he likes playing with and picking on!!
"He has two sister (cats) that when given the chance he will chase after.
"He finds the birds and squirrels fascinating and tries hard to play with them, but unfortunately they are not impressed.
"He is such a joy to have in our fur family — so much love and many kisses. He still thinks he's small and sets on my lap or sleeps on my head!!
"Thank you for sharing Boomer with us, he fills our hearts!!"

Now a Hoosier, but always a CCHS alumnus!
This is Archie, adopted as a puppy in February to his forever home. He's now living his best life in Indiana, and his family sent us this update:
"We love him so much, and he's growing so fast! Thanks for making it possible for us to adopt him! He has his first grooming appointment this week. He was born a Buckeye but is now a Hoosier lol."

Buddy has found his forever family!
So happy to know that Buddy has found someone to love him and take care of him!
"Buddy seems to loving his new home! Just look at that smile! Lol. He has put an even bigger smile on my face. I must have met 30-40 dogs this year, but none of them were quite right ... until Buddy! He is so gentle and happy. Exactly what I was looking for."
