If it's a match, we will contact you it to set up an appointment for you to come in to meet and possibly adopt a pet. Because we are staffed by volunteers, adoptions are by appointment only. We are thankful for these first-year honors students at Wilmington College who recently helped the shelter by raking leaves and cleaning dog yards. The students also spent time with a dog named Ink, who is still available for adoption.
