If it's a match, we will contact you it to set up an appointment for you to come in to meet and possibly adopt a pet. Because we are staffed by volunteers, adoptions are by appointment only. If you purchase your dog’s license before January 31, 2024, it’s $14.
After January 31, the price doubles to $28.
Besides being required by Ohio law, a license is a lost dog’s ticket home! When your dog has its license attached to its collar, its assigned license number is all that is necessary for the dog warden to identify the dog’s owner.
